The final Epoch Lacrosse overall North America Rankings
1. Victor (N.Y.) 22-0
The Blue Devils capped a perfect season with a 17-8 win over Manhasset in the NY Class B title game.
2. Bridgewater-Raritan (N.J.) 23-0
The Group 4 champion Panthers finished a perfect season with a 16-13 Tournament of Champions win over Bergen Catholic.
3. Niskayuna (NY) 21-2
The Silver Warriors won their first state title by downing West Genesee, 13-10, in the Class A final, after topping former No. 2 Syosset, 14-11.
4. Massapequa (N.Y.) 17-1
The Chiefs fell to Syosset, 14-8, in the Nassau County Class A championship game.
5. Syosset (NY) 18-2
The Braves fell to eventual champion Niskayuna, 14-11, in the NY Class A state semifinals.
6. Smithtown East (N.Y.) 18-2
The Bulls fell to Syosset, 14-8, in the Long Island Class A championship.
7. Cold Spring Harbor (NY) 19-1
The Seahawks won the NY Class C state title, topping defending champ Cazenovia, 9-8.
8. Cherry Creek (CO) 18-1
The Bruins won the Colorado Class 5 championship and boasted an early-season win over NJ TOC finalist Bergen Catholic.
9. Howard (MD) 19-0
The Lions won the Maryland 4A/3A state title.
10. Lincoln-Sudbury (MA) 20-1
The Warriors won the Massachusetts state Division I title.
11. Darien (CT) 20-3
The Blue Wave won the Connecticut state L Division title.
12. West Genesee (N.Y.) 18-3
The Woldcats fell to Niskayuna in the NY Class A state finals
13. Radnor (PA) 21-6
The Raiders won the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association championship.

The Red Rams reached the NY Class A semifinals.

The Patriots reached the Suffolk County Class B finals.

The Hilltoppers won the New Jersey state Group 2 championship

1. Haverford School (PA) 26-0
The Fords defeated Hun School, 15-8, to win the Inter-Ac Challenge and capped a perfect season with a 13-9 come-from-behind win over Culver Military Academy.
2. Hill Academy (ONT, Canada) 13-1
Hill edged Culver Military Academy, 12-11, in overtime to win the North American Lacrosse Invitational championship.
3. St. Ignatius Prep (CA) 18-1
The Wildcats won the West Catholic Athletic League championship by handling Bellarmine Prep, 9-1.
4. Hun School (N.J.) 17-1
The Raiders fell, 15-8, to No. 1 Haverford School in the Inter-Ac Challenge title game.
5. Landon School (MD) 18-2
The Bears toppled Georgetown Prep 14-9 to win the DC IAC championship.
6. Gonzaga (DC) 18-3
The Purple Eagles defeated Paul VI 12-5 to win the DC WCAC championship.
7. IMG Lacrosse National (FL) 10-4
The Ascenders finished a rugged schedule with a 21-20 loss to Hill Academy.
8. St. Mary’s (MD) 12-6
The Saints defeated McDonogh 13-8 to win their first MIAA “A” Conference title since 1996.
9. Chaminade (N.Y.) 13-4
The Flyers routed St. Anthony’s, 15-7, for the CHSAA championship.
10. McDonogh School (MD) 14-5
The Eagles lost to St. Mary’s 13-8 in the MIAA “A” Conference finals.
11. St. Paul’s (MD) 13-6
The Crusaders lost to St. Mary’s 9-5 in the MIAA “A” Conference semifinals.
12. Boys’ Latin (MD) 15-5
The Lakers lost to McDonogh 13-7 in the MIAA “A” Conference semifinals in the final game for legendary coach Bob Shriver.
13. Bergen Catholic (N.J.) 18-6
The Crusaders reached the NJ Tournament of Champions finals.
14. Georgetown Prep (MD) 13-4
The Hoyas reached the DC IAC finals
15. Episcopal Academy (PA) 14-7
