The Falcons defeated two top Colorado teams, Arapahoe, 17-4, and Regis Jesuit, 12-2. Then they topped Corona Del Mar (CA), 10-7.
2. St. Ignatius Prep (CA) 6-1
The Wildcats host 9-2 Loyola-Los Angeles on Saturday.
3. La Costa Canyon (CA) 6-1
The Mavericks gritted out a solid win against previous No, 1, Regis Jesuit (CO), 9-8, and routed Bishop’s School (CA), 17-4.
4. Poway (CA) 8-2
The Titans have a key game Monday vs. 9-2 Monte Vista (CA).
5. Corona Del Mar (CA) 6-1
The Sea Kings dropped a 10-7 decision to No. 1 Torrey Pines (CA) on Saturday.
6. Regis Jesuit (CO) 3-2
The Raiders suffered defeats to California’s La Costa Canyon, 9-8, and Torrey Pines, 12-2.
7. Bellevue (WA) 8-0
The Wolverines defeated Denver East (CO), 13-3.
8. Cherry Creek (CO) 3-1
The Bruins play Columbine (CO) on Tuesday.
9. Faith Lutheran (NV) 11-0
The Crusaders defeated Claremont School (Canada), 12-11.
10. Jesuit Portland (OR) 6-0
The Crusaders have a key game Wednesday at Glencoe.
