What will you major in/study? Broadcasting Journalism/Mass Communication
Why did you choose ASU? “I chose ASU because of the world renown Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, the excellent national championship contending program that’s been established over the years, the fantastic coaching staff and the unbeatable location.
“Coach (Joseph) Thon is a terrific guy with the highest of expectations and goals for this talented squad, and I have no doubt we’ll accomplish big things under his guidance. You put all of those factors into play and it was obvious that ASU was the perfect fit.”
Outlook for 2015 High School season? “My team is currently going into our very first ever year as a varsity program within Sumner High School, and I couldn’t be more stoked. We have tons of returning talent, especially on the offensive side of the ball, and will definitely be producing tons of high scoring games. Defensively we have a young group of poles that will have the opportunity to step up to the occasion from the get go. All together we have our goals high, aiming at a league championship and a run into the state playoffs. It’s definitely going to be a fun spring.”
